High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) (DVD side only)

It has a high-bandwidth processor capable of up-converting to 720p/1080i and 1080p through the HDMI output. HDMI supports standard, enhanced, or high-definition video, plus multi-channel digital audio on a single cable.

HDMI CEC Function (DVD Side Only)

The HDMI CEC is a function that can be used to operate the unit using a Samsung TV remote control, by connecting the unit to a SAMSUNG TV using an HDMI Cable. (This is only available with SAMSUNG TVs that support HDMI CEC).
