The Quality of the VCR was above and beyond for the age of the product. It was like new to be honest. So far it has worked perfectly. The only issue I had was the time it took to get the unit. The timing was beyond what their policy stated, From the looks of it I should have had the unit in about 8 days, and it took 21. I did send several emails and left a voice mail. I never got a follow up from a person but did receive what I assumed were automated responses when the unit shipped. I would have been fine if someone responded and just said it was going to take longer to ship. In this day and age of course, you feel like you're being scammed if things take longer after you've paid. I still gave 5 stars. I am very happy with the unit as it was perfect in my opinion. Communications probably could have been a little better I feel.
